Our Hidden City Coffee Blend is Zoka's darkest roast, created using a blend of coffees that provide dimensionality and a roast profile that preserves the intrinsic qualities of the coffee. It's vibrant and sweet for a coffee roasted to this degree.

Rich, dark chocolate dominates the flavor profile accented with fresh and dried fruits (figs and dates).

Hidden City is a medium-full bodied coffee with low-medium acidity. Cupping notes of dark chocolate, plum, caramel, pecan and molasses.

Best Coffee Ever!

Hidden City is one of my favorite Zoka blend, it is oily and rich with flavor. I have been a Zoka customer for over 30 years and have never had a better cup of coffee.

Hands down - best blend ever

After decades of appreciating specialty coffee - this blend Hidden City from Zoka is my favorite. And my wife's. Why..... because it is strong - deeply coffee flavored in a pure sense with a bias towards chocolate flavors. No floral notes. Just straight up the bomb. You can cut it back for a noice or just do a quad shot cortado (or 8oz latte) which is my one coffee daily.

My favorite.....

In addition to Hidden City I also enjoy Fitzroy and Paladino. Hidden City is the darkest roast and my favorite.

I've been buying whole bean coffee from you ever since you bought "Coffee People" a very long time ago.

Sometimes in person when I get to Seattle but mostly online these days. Zoka, you are the best!

Favorite coffee!!

I love Zoka coffee. My first experience was drinking it at Edgewater Hotel and I immediately been on the search for it. Hidden cities is a nice dark roast, but not bitter a great caramel mocha undertones and just lovely to have first thing in the morning.
