To What Frequency Should I Set My Subscription?
Our advice here – 12 oz of coffee, for the average drinker, lasts approx. 14 days of drinking. Every brewing habit is different, but this is a good starting point. If the frequency you chose at sign-up, is too little or too much, it’s easy to adjust it at any time during your subscription period with no penalty.

Delivery On Your Schedule. Not Ours.
The delivery schedule is totally up to you. We offer frequencies from once per week to once every 8 weeks, and every week in between. Pick the one that fits you best. And if what you decide at first doesn’t work, you can easily adjust it in your customer account. We do not roast or ship on the weekends or holidays. Subscriptions falling on those days will be processed on the next business day.
Fresh Roasted To Order.
Every bag of subscription coffee is treated just like every other coffee order – it’s roasted to order and shipped the next business day. Our roastery is closed on Saturday or Sunday, so subscription orders populated over the weekend, will roast and ship on Monday.
Customizable Deliveries.
Subscription frequencies can be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 week intervals. Pick what works best for you. If you find you have too much coffee, you can always skip a shipment with one click or adjust your frequency.
There Is No Penalty For Cancelling.
If at any point the subscription service no longer works for you, it is easy to cancel with no penalty.
Manage Your Subscription.
We offer email or text message reminders about each upcoming order. If you need to make any adjustments prior to roasting, updates are easy right from the email or text. Or log in to your account from our website at any time. On your first subscripton order, please build a customer account so all future orders are seamless.
Skip A Delivery With One Click.
Going on vacation? Have too much coffee in your cupboard this week? Skipping an order is very easy. Log in to the portal, select manage subscription and click skip delivery.
Set Up Your Log In Once, Use It Forever.
Upon finishing the check out for your first subscription, you’ll receive a Welcome email from Zoka. The link to register is there.
How To Access Your Subscription Account.
On ZokaCoffee.com, look for the person icon in the top right corner. Click that to be taken to the login screen.
I Need To Change My Mailing Address.
Just log in to the portal using your account, and change your address. Be sure to save it to ensure it’s set. Please note it takes a full 7 days to ensure new addresses have worked themselves through the system.
I Don't Own A Grinder.
We’re happy to grind your coffee for your exact brewing method. Just pick your grind preference at your first order.
I Drink Decaf.
Great. Decaf options are available under the blends subscription option.
I Want To Try A Different Coffee.
Swapping your coffee is easy to do. Go to Manager Account and click the swap button.
