Starting Thursday, September 17, three new seasonal lattes are on the menu at our Greenlake, Kirkland, and University cafés: the Apple Pie Latte, Brown Sugar Pumpkin, and Waffle Latte.
There's a particular kind of coffee that suits this time of year — warm, a little sweet, grounded in the season rather than buried in it. That's what we were after with all three. The goal was flavor that earns its place, without the heavy sweetness that makes a lot of seasonal lattes hard to finish.
Here's what's in each one.
Apple Pie Latte

Caramel sauce and warm apple pie spice blended with espresso and milk. This one is built to be served hot — the warmth carries the spice in a way iced doesn't quite reach. The caramel sits underneath and rounds it out. If apple pie is your reference point, start here, and start with it hot.
Brown Sugar Pumpkin

We make the brown sugar syrup in-house, and that's what shapes this drink. House-made brown sugar syrup and rich, creamy pumpkin sauce over espresso. Delicious hot or iced! Try it with oat milk for an extra-creamy experience.
Waffle Latte

Real maple syrup, cinnamon-infused flavor, and a touch of hazelnut come together for the ultimate cozy latte. Perfect hot or iced!
Where to find them
All three are on the menu at our Greenlake, Kirkland, and University cafés starting September 17. They're seasonal, on the menu for a limited time. Come in this week and let your barista know which one you'd like to try. If you're not sure where to start, the Apple Pie Latte and Brown Sugar Pumpkin are a good first stop.
