We have developed this blend of dark roast coffees that include both Naturally processed coffees as well as Washed processed coffees from Africa, Indonesia and South America.
The strawberry and black cherry like flavors of the Naturals combine with the chocolaty overtones of South America. Combining those with the bold bodied coffees from Sumatra results in an interesting combination that make this a truly great dark roast coffee.
This blend is Zoka's #3 top seller.
The Name Tatoosh comes from the Tatoosh Mountain Range in Mount Rainier National Park in Washington State. The Native American name means Nourishing Beast and was one of our early blends created in our first store near Green Lake.

Great dark roast for my morning espresso
I enjoy dark roast coffee and Tatoosh is my favorite! I buy a variety of coffee but usually include Tatoosh in my Zoka order. Great coffee for espresso.
