Fitzroy’s is the lightest of our dark roasts and our second best selling coffee. This coffee is medium bodied and provides a flavor profile of milk chocolate and sweet molasses. One of our original blends from Central and South America, this is a coffee you can never drink too much of.

Fitzroy blend

The Fitzroy blend was delightful. The flavor was exactly as described. I’m usually a medium roast guy but the medium dark of the Blend was excellent. Bravo.

Wonderful dark roast!

In the late afternoon, I like to have a double-shot macchiato to get myself going for the remainder of the day. The Fitzroy is my go-to for that. I find it to be a darker roast version of the Paladino. It has just a tad of bitterness in its tasting notes (which I would describe as dark chocolate and graham cracker). That tad of bitterness really wakes me up. The Paladino and the Fitzroy are #1 and #2, respectively in my coffee rotation (I use the Paladino for my morning cortados).
