Fitzroy’s is the lightest of our dark roasts and our second best selling coffee. This coffee is medium bodied and provides a flavor profile of milk chocolate and sweet molasses. One of our original blends from Central and South America, this is a coffee you can never drink too much of.

In the late afternoon, I like to have a double-shot macchiato to get myself going for the remainder of the day. The Fitzroy is my go-to for that. I find it to be a darker roast version of the Paladino. It has just a tad of bitterness in its tasting notes (which I would describe as dark chocolate and graham cracker). That tad of bitterness really wakes me up. The Paladino and the Fitzroy are #1 and #2, respectively in my coffee rotation (I use the Paladino for my morning cortados).

Love Zoka coffee. We have been drinking their Palladino over many years. Recently we switched to Fitzroy and love it equally. It’s a medium roast that is full flavored but not bitter, which is what I want in my coffee.
