More About Espresso Paladino 5LB Bag

Paladino is the house espresso in our cafés, and has been since we opened our first café in 1997 - a medium roasted coffee with a combination of sweetness, acidity, body and flavors that have stood the test of time. Wonderful as a drip coffee as well as an espresso. Citrus and chocolate flavors are present from both natural and washed coffees and it has no bitter dark roast overtones. Zoka baristas have twice won First place in the US National Barista Championship featuring Paladino in their espresso beverages.

Paladino

You will never go wrong with Paladino. I’m buying multiple single origins to try new tastes but when I want something good and don’t want to experiment Paladino is the best option. This guy knows their coffee. Always number one for me.

This is my main coffee now

We really like this coffee. We learned about it from a subscription coffee service and it stood out, so now we order it from Zoka directly. It’s everything we want out of a high quality coffee bean.

Great coffee

I’ve tried various coffee beans from different roasters in Seattle, and these are by far the best. The balance between the nutty notes and slight acidity is perfect and truly delicious. Starting my day with the aroma and flavor of these beans has become a treasured investment in my daily routine.

My favorite!

My daughter took us to a Zoka coffee shop in Kirkland when we visited her in 2020. We tried the Paladino and it was very delightful. Since then, we have been making coffee and latte drinks with Paladino beans only. This specific blend has rich aroma, well-balanced flavor, full-bodied taste, and the roast is just perfect. Overall, Paladino is my favorite for a reliable and enjoyable coffee experience. Highly recommended!
