My wife uses this in our excellent home dual boiler ECM espresso machine; either as straight decaf or blended with another caffeinated espresso. Either way the results are excellent. Nice crema, smooth flavor profile and complex enough to keep us ordering on a regular basis.
The bag seals nicely! Shelf life seems very good without deterioration in quality. Shipped always within 24 hrs of the roasting date.
