The Lost Has Been Found!

I first discovered this coffee several years ago at a coffee shop which is more local to where I live. However, after awhile they ceased to offer Helsar de Zarcero and I have been looking for it ever since. I was excited when I found it on your website and I am pleased to be able once again to enjoy this particular coffee. If it's possible to have a favorite, this may well be it for me.

A Fantastic Light Roast

Grinding each cup's worth and then brewing with a Kalita Wave makes for a perfectly balanced pour over. The acidity and bitterness combine very well for notes of fig, chocolate and caramel notes. Everything from order placement to delivery was flawless.
