Ndundu is a 600 member cooperative of farmers in the Kiambu County region of Kenya, near Nairobi. This coffee was handpicked and then pulped using water from the River Theta. After washing, the coffee is hand sorted and then dried on raised beds for up to 12 days or until humidity reaches 11.5%.
