Tastes Like Summer!
It was only a few years ago that I discovered cold brew as a new way to enjoy coffee. I make it year round, but always keep the fridge stocked during the summer months. The problem though, is that cold brew is hard to experiment. An espresso or pour-over that's personally not a favorite is still enjoyable. But the wrong blend just doesn't make good cold brew and sometimes blends evolve.
So I'm delighted to have a blend curated for cold brew. I'm on my third bag and found it consistently delightfully refreshing. It's great to have a reliable blend. I use a simple toddy to make a batch of concentrate. After experimenting, I've left this soak a little longer than some, about 18 hours.
