The blend of soft Indonesian beans gives Decaf Organic Espresso Cuatro a hearty, earthy flavor with subtle nuances of leather, tobacco, and herbal aromas. While not overly aggressive in milk, the blend will cut through enough to make itself known, and is also extremely enjoyable as a straight shot of espresso. Decaffeinated coffees are often overlooked, but when it comes to espresso, Zoka doesn’t mess around.

About the Swiss Water ProcessTM
The Swiss Water Process™ is a certified organic, chemical-free method used for decaffeinating coffee. Green coffee is first soaked in water to release flavors and solubles that also contain caffeine. This liquid is then passed through a series of carbon filters, which work to filter out caffeine. The coffee is then “recharged” with this flavorful liquid and dried for market.
