Decaffeinated

At Zoka we use the Swiss Water Proces™, a certified Organic, chemical-free method used for decaffeinating coffee. The Swiss Water Process™ takes green coffee and first soaks it in water to release flavors and solubles that contain caffeine. This liquid is then passed through a series of carbon filters, which work to filter out caffeine. The coffee is then "recharged" with this flavorful liquid and dried for market.
