Exchanges & Returns

We want to make sure that you’re completely happy with your order. If you need to exchange or return your order for any reason we’d be happy to help. Simply fill out the customer service form found on the Contact Us page, or give us a call a 1-866-965-2669 and we’ll give you an RMA number, and we can exchange your product or refund your purchase.

Please note that we can’t accept returns for certain items, such as Ground Coffee, eGift Certificates, and in-store Gift Cards are non-refundable.
