Grind 17 grams (less than 3 tablespoons) of coffee to a consistency of table salt.
Place filter securely in the end cap and rinse with warm water. Replace end cap on the body of the Aeropress.
Pour coffee grounds into the Aeropress and add 40 grams of water and let bloom for 30 seconds.
Once saturated, stir the grounds to agitate them with the provided stir stick. 3 or 4 times should suffice.
Fill with 250 grams of water (to the 4 mark) and stir once full.
Begin pressing down the plunger steadily for approximately 60 to 70 seconds. Overall the process should take about a minute and a half. This method makes an extraction suitable for a single cup of coffee, no need to dilute with water. Enjoy!
