Brewing Chai

Tools: Stovetop Pot, Spoon, Zoka Chai, Hot Water, Timer 

1. Preparation

Bring 8 ounces of water to a boil in an open top pot.


2. Brewing and Extraction

As the water comes to a boil, add 9 grams of Zoka Chai to the water.


3. Infusion

Immediately decrease the heat to medium, infuse the mixture for 3 minutes.


4. Adding Milk

Add 16oz of milk to the infused mixture and stir. Heat slowly while stirring until slight bubbling occurs, then remove the mixture from the stove.


5. Serve

Strain your mixture into a container and serve.
