To the neighbors in Seattle’s Greenlake District, the Zoka Coffee Roaster & Tea House hugging the corner of Keystone and North 56th is just part of their regular landscape. It looms large and familiar, the dark wood of its exterior distinguished by the ten winters it has endured. Free wifi keeps our customers connected and productive. Thick glass windows reveal the same scene, day after day, of people reading, working and studying, talking and laughing, espresso, tea or coffee in hand.

University Zoka tips its hat to the nearby University of Washington populace – Zoka owner Jeff Babcock designed this space with his own days as a UW student in mind. Wanting to create a place where students and neighbors could come together and enjoy incomparable coffee and baked goods in a comfortable environment, UZ now boasts nearly 100 seats and, of course, free wifi for the local community to enjoy.
